The Lambourn Shed, part of the Lambourn Junction Community Interest Company, recently hosted a highly successful bread-making session led by Adrian Watson. Held at the Walwyn Hall in Lambourn, the event gave participants the opportunity to learn about bread-making from first principles.
Under Adrian’s expert guidance, attendees got hands-on experience kneading dough and baking their own bread. The hall was soon filled with the inviting aroma of freshly baked bread, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As the dough was proving, participants also had the chance to bake – and enjoy – delicious cinnamon rolls, which were warmly received by all.
