Over 50 young people from Lambourn gathered for a spine-tingling Halloween celebration hosted by Lambourn Youth Junction at the Walwyn Hall. With plenty of spooky vibes and ghoulishly good fun, the night was packed with treats, thrills, and some fantastic Halloween spirit.
The event had it all: a lively disco where kids showed off their best (and creepiest!) dance moves to Halloween classics, from “Thriller” to “Ghostbusters.” The dance floor was buzzing as everyone embraced the spooky theme in style. There was even a costume contest, with creative outfits ranging from witches to werewolves and a few vampires thrown in for good measure.
And what’s Halloween without traditional games? Apple bobbing had everyone laughing, with many youngsters diving in to grab an apple—no hands allowed, of course! Other games brought even more laughter, with prizes for winners and plenty of encouragement for everyone to join in.
The food was frightfully good too. Themed treats delighted the crowd, with Halloween-inspired snacks and sweets adding to the atmosphere. From ghostly cupcakes to monster-finger hot dogs, the spread was every young ghoul and goblin’s dream.
The night was a true success, with Lambourn Youth Junction creating a fun, safe, and memorable Halloween celebration for the local youth. It’s events like these that make the community a vibrant place for young people to enjoy and celebrate together. Lambourn’s young residents will surely be talking about this Halloween bash for weeks to come!
