The holiday season is a time for giving, and this year, Lambourn Junction brought festive cheer to over 40 families and individuals in the community through its Christmas Hamper initiative. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and the tireless efforts of volunteers, these hampers made a real difference to those in need, spreading warmth and hope at a time when it’s needed most.
The response from recipients has been heartwarming, with many sharing how much the support has meant to them.
- “This hamper was such a blessing. It meant we could celebrate Christmas properly without worrying about the cost. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.”
- “I felt overwhelmed by the kindness shown by the community. Knowing there are people who care makes such a huge difference.”
- “The hamper wasn’t just food—it was love and support. It reminded us that we are not alone.”
The initiative, expertly organised by Julie Blogg, is a testament to the power of community spirit. Julie’s dedication and hard work ensured that each hamper was thoughtfully prepared and delivered, making the holidays brighter for so many. Thank you, Julie, for your inspiring leadership!
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the invaluable support of our sponsors:
