The Lambourn Youth Junction recently hosted a triumphant celebration to mark the end of the school year, bringing together over 50 young people for an unforgettable afternoon of fun and camaraderie. The event, aptly named “Skool’s Out,” took place at the Lambourn Sports Club, where the sun shone brightly, setting the perfect scene for an array of engaging activities.
The celebration was not only a farewell to the school year but also a heartfelt send-off for Youth Club members advancing to Year 10. The atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement as participants indulged in a variety of games and activities with prizes for the winners.
The event featured a mouth-watering BBQ, courtesy of All Counties Catering from Lambourn, providing a delicious spread that kept everyone fuelled throughout the afternoon. The combination of delightful food and engaging activities created a festive environment that left both the young people and adult volunteers exhausted but thoroughly satisfied.
