The Lambourn Youth Council hosted a successful film club on Saturday at the Memorial Hall, where children aged 8 to 14 were treated to a special screening of Paddington in Peru. The event recreated a true cinema atmosphere, complete with popcorn and hotdogs, much to the delight of the young audience.
The evening was warmly received, with many youngsters enjoying the chance to come together in a safe and lively community setting. A huge thank you goes to the dedicated helpers who made the event possible, as well as to SNG and the National Lottery for their valued support. A huge thanks also to Lambourn Parish Council for the use of the Memorial Hall.
The film club is part of a wider effort to bring engaging activities to Lambourn’s young people, and Saturday’s success shows just how much these events are appreciated.
