The Lambourn Junction is pleased to welcome Hayley Warrick to the team as Community Organiser, strengthening the growing focus on community organising in Lambourn.
As part of this development, Karen Spence will concentrate on public health work on a voluntary basis, building on her strong professional background in this area. Hayley will take on a community facing role, working closely with local organisations and helping to develop additional services that support residents and community groups.
Hayley brings a strong background in customer service, administration and relationship management. She is known for her friendly and approachable manner, clear communication and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people. Her experience includes senior support and administrative roles, public facing work, and managing day to day services in busy environments, all of which will be valuable as she begins engaging with the Lambourn community
Hayley is looking forward to meeting local groups and organisations and playing her part in supporting a vibrant and connected Lambourn.
