Description
This free First Aid course is available to residents of the Lambourn Valley, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Greenham Trust. Its aim is to increase the number of trained first aiders across our community.
The Lambourn Valley is relatively rural and, in an emergency, it can take time for an ambulance or paramedic to reach the scene. Having more local people with first aid skills means there is a greater chance that someone will be nearby and able to help when it matters most.
The course is fully accredited and successful participants receive a First Aid certificate valid for three years.
The course is held at The Walwyn Hall, Baydon Road, Lambourn.
